We have repeatedly seen the value of sharing industry-specific tools with cleaning cooperatives. These are the kinds of documents, forms, and systems for which franchise systems charge tens of thousands of dollars. TeamWorks Cleaning has taken the radical step of offering to freely share its internal systems for the benefit of others. The TeamWorks Development Institute created this Open Source Project platform to facilitate this process.

BY CLICKING ON ANY FILE BELOW YOU:
​1.  AGREE that use of these digital files is limited by a Creative Commons 4.0 License.  In summary, you may:
  • use these materials if you cite TeamWorks Development Institute as the source.
  • modify the materials if you cite them as adaptations TeamWorks Development Institute materials.
  • NOT sell these materials or adaptations of them to others. ("Share and share alike!")
2. AGREE to register as a user (submit form below right).  This will allow us to update you when materials have been added or improved, to solicit feedback, and to explore ways of building community among people doing similar work. ​
3.  AGREE NOT to use the trademarked TeamWorks name in your business name or in any way imply that TeamWorks has endorsed your business.
4.  AGREE to indemnify and hold harmless TeamWorks Cleaning and the TeamWorks Development Institute from any lawsuits, damages, or any other claims that might arise from your use or adaptation of any materials on this website.
How it works:  Click on an underlined file name below and it will open in a separate window as Google Sheet or Doc.  To make your own copy of a file that you have opened, click "File" (upper left menu) and choose "Make a copy" (this option is not available for PDF files).  The new copy will be saved in your own Drive and will not be visible on this platform.  You can then go at it and adapt however you see fit! ​
